Directions
4 Week Protocol
PH Sachets: 1 x Sachet with 300ml (10oz) of water. 3 x daily. Before, during or after meals.
Prebiotic: 2 to 5 x teaspoons with any food or drink you’d like to sweeten.
Probiotic Sachets: 1 x Sachet in 200ml (7oz) of water. Every morning, for 7 days. Then 1 x Probiotic Sachet, every third morning for 2 weeks. Then 1 x Probiotic Sachet, once per week, until pack is finished.
Chloride: 30 x drops in 200ml (7oz) of water. 2 x daily. Between meals for better absorption.

Although I am a difficult case with my severe Ulcerative Colitis, I am seeing some positive signs. I believe that these positive sings will increase as I continue on this program.

This is a very easy protocol to follow...no huge capsules to swallow, just pleasant drinks and small PH caps which I am finding to be extremely to my plus 10 major digestive problem. I believe my Lord led me to Progurt, as I have tried everything..I am not on it that long and have a way to go but down to a 5 or 6 most days and am thrilled. Their customer service is 2nd to none and recommend everyone with digestive issues to give this a try. You won't be dissappointed!
